The Journey
On Nov. 16th I will be starting an approximately 2500 mile fully self contained solo bicycle ride from Fort Kent ME to Key West FL. I have 60 days to accomplish it.
What began from a desire to ride across our continent someday, I decided to take this year to ride the Atlantic coast as we are not scheduled for meetings this time of year and we do not have to build a set for Kidzturn.
As I ride my bike I find myself praying for people in houses as I pass by, that salvation would come to there house. This past year the Holy Spirit increased this burden in my heart to pray for souls.

In Leominster MA on June 8th the Holy Spirit dropped into my heart the verse in Joshua 1:3 "Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you,..." Certainly this was a promise to Joshua, but that prompting was confirmed to me the following morning when my friend from Bible College preached the same verse in his message and he had no idea of my plans at that time.
This is a prayer ride for souls to come to Christ and I am asking the body of Christ to pray along with me during this time. 2 Cor. 4:3-4 "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world (satan) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
I'm starting at the beginning of US #1 and ending, with God's help, at the end of US#1 in Key West, FL. The route will not follow Rt#1 completely but begin and end there. Reminds me of God. The beginning and the end. The Alpha and Omega!!! What lies in between is "The Journey"
